Withdraw Funds

To withdraw all your funds, you must:

Close all open positions.
Click on the withdrawal request link below, and complete all applicable fields.
Print the resulting withdrawal request form, and sign it.
Fax it to us at the following fax number: 1-212-563-4994

You may also scan your signed form, and email it to account@cmsfx.com.

If you wish to withdraw funds partially, it is not necessary to close open positions, but Capital Market Services LLC is not responsible for any losses which may occur as a result of the reduced equity on your account. You should monitor your margin requirements carefully to minimize risk.

We will send your funds within 2-3 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- We may transfer money from one account to another if both of them belong to the same trader ONLY, and ONLY AFTER RECEIVING A SIGNED WITHDRAWAL REQUEST from the trader (and joint account holder, if applicable) during our office hours from 9AM EST to 7PM EST Monday through Friday.
- Funds may be withdrawn by the signatory(s) of the trading agreement alone. No third party payments are allowed.
- Funds may be withdrawn by Check only if the account holder resides in the United States or Canada.
- No funds transfers from one account to another made via telephone requests are accepted
- Transferring funds between trading accounts is free

Withdrawal Fees: Applies only to withdrawals from Harris Bank and JP Morgan.

If withdrawing by wire transfer - $20
If withdrawing by check - $5

Please be aware that if you withdraw your funds in currency other than USD - additional charges in that currency may apply.

For Commerzbank Withdrawals Only: The following fees are incurred for the given withdrawal amounts:

Up to 250 - 9.50 EUR
Up to 8,333 - 16.50 EUR
Over 8,333 - 25.00 EUR

For BPS Withdrawals: Clients must have a BPS account to withdraw funds using this service. Clients who do not have an account with BPS must visit the BPS website to sign up.

There is a 15 USD withdraw fee. Clients can request funds by logging in to their BPS account. Login here. Once you made your request, please fill out our withdrawal form, sign it, and fax it to 1-212-563-4994. You may also scan your signed form, and email it to account@cmsfx.com.
