Chart Grid
The Chart Grid is a basic part of VT Trader's charts. It establishes vertical and horizontal lines at certain intervals for one to easily reference where candles are in respect to the vertical price ruler and the horizontal time ruler. For some charts however, you may not want to see the Chart Grid and just as all other parts of VT Trader, it is customizable to your preferences.

Removing and Editing the Chart Grid
Select the Chart Grid tool button (highlighted in red below) from the Drawing Toolbar to enable or disable the display of the Chart Grid within an active chart window. You can also select the Chart Grid button from the Active Chart Window's toolbar. The Chart Grid is enabled by default.
To change the way the Chart Grid looks on a particular chart, you need to change its setting in the Rulers tab of Chart Properties. Right click on a part of the active chart window to get there.
Once inside the ruler tab of Chart Properties auser can set the visibility setting as well as the color and line style for the chart.
To set these settings as the default settings for all charts, one should access the charting properties found under the Options tab within the Navigator Window. The path is Properties>Charting>General.
